Get Right Back is operated by Fjora LLC ("we", "us"). We provide a service that helps home-service businesses ("Customers") reply by text message to people who call them and are not answered. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

Information we collect

• Caller information: the phone number of a person who calls a Customer's business, and the time of the call.
• Message content: the text messages exchanged between that person and the Customer's business through our service, including details they choose to share, such as a description of the job or a service address.
• Customer account information: the business name, owner contact details, and settings that our business Customers give us to run the service.

How we use it

We use this information only to operate the service: to send a text reply after a missed call, to pass the person's reply to the business, to alert the business owner, to keep a record of the conversation, to prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations. Some replies are drafted by an automated assistant, which processes the message text to write a response.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, such as our telephone and text-messaging provider (Twilio), our automated-assistant provider (Anthropic), and our hosting and database providers. These providers may use the information only to provide their services to us.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Opting out of texts

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and reply HELP for help. After you opt out, we will not text that number again unless you text START. See our SMS Terms.

Retention and deletion

We keep conversation records for a limited period set with each Customer, typically 12 months, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete the information associated with your phone number at any time by emailing us at the address below.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest and restrict access to the information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect it.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing sfgrowthpartners@gmail.com. Residents of some states have additional rights, which we honor.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
